DELIVERY

 

Earthborn colour cards are posted out free of charge via Maltapost standard post. 

 

Please make sure you provide us with an email and a mobile number so that we may contact you for delivery. 

 

Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays. Please note our store and offices are closed on national and bank holidays in Malta and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.

 

We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 5 working days delivery coming in to effect when your items are in Malta. PLEASE NOTE: That some orders may have unforeseen delays from the UK and you shall not hold us responsible. 

 

Delivery is free to ground floor level to all Malta & Gozo. Deliveries are only to ground floor level at the doorstep of the address you provided, a signature upon delivery is required. 

 

RETURNS

 

If you’d like to return your unopened paint, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges).

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been opened, used or damaged also from packaging.

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address provided in the return email exchange. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have damaged while in transit due to improper packaging or care.

 

If there are any issues with the paint you have received please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you the next steps to get this resolved as quickly as possible, we want you to have a great Earthborn experience.

PAYMENT

 

Our online store is available to Malta and it's region only. Gozo deliveries are done once a month from Malta from the date your order would have arrived. If you shall be in Malta you may also collect your item. (if it is super urgent we will make sure we can assist you and get it to you asap)

 

Our checkout will re-direct you to PayPal.com in order for us to take a safe payment. You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment. Just scroll down to the button ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ and checkout as a guest. You can also pay securely via our site. Orders are accepted upon full payment.
